Please understand that this is a characteristic of lacquer. ・Since natural lacquer is used, in rare cases, depending on your constitution, you may experience an allergic reaction. ・Do not use for any purpose other than chopsticks. ・The usable period will vary depending on how it is handled and the environment. ・Since it is a wooden product, expansion, bending, and cracking may occur. ・Chopsticks are consumables. “Jūhachi-zen Mizutama” are elegant lacquered chopsticks born from the careful craftsmanship of skilled artisans.
Made from Noto Hiba, a prized wood from the Noto region, and finished with natural lacquer—the only true organic coating—they embody the mastery of a lacquer chopstick workshop that has been operating in Wajima for over 70 years.
The surface is finished using the fuki-urushi technique, in which lacquer is rubbed into the wood and the excess is repeatedly wiped away. This process creates a smooth, pleasant texture and a timeless feel in daily use.

The charming polka-dot pattern brings a modern and playful twist to traditional lacquerware, combining classic craftsmanship with color and fun. It adds a cheerful accent to your dining table.
The chopstick tips are treated with sakikanshitsu, a special non-slip lacquer finish that enhances both beauty and functionality.
Lacquer is naturally antibacterial and highly durable, making these chopsticks safe and reliable for everyday meals.

Blending tradition with refined yet friendly design, these chopsticks are perfect for everyday use, entertaining guests, or giving as a thoughtful gift.
Experience the warmth of natural wood, the texture of genuine lacquer, and the delightful sparkle of the polka-dot design with Jūhachi-zen Mizutama on your table.
