When the wood gets wet, it expands, causing the teeth of the brush to become misaligned, and it can cause mold and stains. In addition, the camellia oil will be removed and the brush will lose its luster. To use it effectively, we recommend caring for it with camellia oil.

- Handmade using natural wood. Grain, color, and size may vary slightly. Please be aware of this in advance. - If stored in a sealed container due to temperature and humidity, discoloration and mold may occur. Please open the package as soon as possible after arrival. - Please be careful not to place the tsuge brush on the floor with the teeth (pins) facing up as this may cause injury.
This set includes a tsuge brush, a dedicated care brush (approx. 11 cm long), and 70 ml of camellia oil.
This five-row brush has slightly shorter outer bristles so it gently follows the contours of the head. The bristles are closely spaced, making it recommended for thin-to-medium hair volume, fine-to-medium hair texture, and short hair.
The bristles are made from Japanese Satsuma boxwood. The brush is thoroughly infused with camellia oil in advance, helping reduce static electricity and making split ends and breakage less likely while giving the hair a natural shine.
Using the included care brush and camellia oil, care for the brush about once or twice a month. Do not wash it with water.
Small size: approx. 3.2 cm high, 3.5 cm wide, and 17 cm long. Choose either the rounded or square handle. *Some images in this description show the Oval Tsuge Brush.
