This cypress lunch box from the brand "NUSA" is packed with the charm of new Sanbo, which adapts the traditional Sanbo style to modern life.
Each bento is handcrafted by artisans using the techniques of Iwata Sanbo Seisakusho, a company that has been making sanbo bento for 300 years, a tradition used in Shinto rituals and moon-viewing in Japan since ancient times. The unique kurikata (eye) holes on the sides of the bento make it easy to open and close, while also highlighting the unique design. By attaching the six included stickers to the bento, you can distinguish between different owners and types of bento even when the lid is closed. We recommend having multiple bento boxes.
The URUSHI BENTO+ series features lacquer on the inside of the container, which not only looks gorgeous but also has antibacterial and durable surfaces, making it easy to clean. It also comes with a divider, making it extremely convenient for storing side dishes.
