●This product is hand painted one by one using the copperplate transfer printing method. The copperplate transfer method is a technique in which a design printed on washi paper is transferred to the bisque material. 切立と呼ばれるまっすぐなフォルムは、手にすっと馴染む安定感のある持ちやすさが特徴。エッグシェルと呼ばれる薄い磁器作りで仕上げているため、飲み口の口当たりはとてもまろやかです。
絵柄の唐草模様は繁栄や長寿を意味するとされ、古くから日本の暮らしに親しまれてきました。銅板染付と呼ばれる独特な絵付け方法で施されています。
日常使いに程よいサイズ感は、コーヒーやお茶はもちろん、スープカップとして、またホットミルクにもよく合います。ひとつとして同じものがない個体差は手仕事ならではの魅力。
