This is a great value set of a Santoku knife and a paring knife from the "Takao" series, made with the highest quality steel.

[Santoku knife]
This versatile knife is known as a Santoku (cultural) knife because it can be used to cut a wide range of ingredients, including meat, fish, and vegetables, in a variety of ways.

[Petty knife]
A small knife with a blade length of about 15 cm.
It is a longer paring knife, making it suitable for chamfering pumpkins, peeling vegetables and fruits, and removing potato sprouts.
