The material used to make Sanpo is Kiso Hinoki, which has seen a sharp decline in production in recent years due to rising prices, but as part of Iwata Sanpo Seisakusho's SDGs efforts, it is made using Kiso Hinoki shavings that are generated during production.
Kiso cypress also has antibacterial properties, and "fragrance water" is distilled water produced during the production of cypress essential oil, so it can also be used as a humidifier or deodorizer.
